Improving the immune-enhancing properties of cordyceps mushrooms through fermentation with probiotics
Korean researchers investigated the possibility of improving the immuno-stimulatory activity of cordyceps mushrooms (Cordyceps militaris) by fermenting them with probiotic strains of bacteria.
