A study published in the Journal of Dietary Supplements looked at the potential of marking nut tree (Semecarpus anacardium) in preventing cardiovascular complications caused by diabetes. The study was carried out by researchers at the University of Madras in Chennai, India.
These findings suggest that nut milk extracts from the marking nut tree may be used to prevent cardiovascular problems in people with diabetes.
